The system was installed in mid-April 2024 when the weather was still cold. The heating, hot water and shower all worked well and the efficiency of the heat pump is better than we expected, even for hot water. The heat pump is surprisingly quiet at only 35dB. Since commissioning, we have only drawn 17% of our energy from the grid and most importantly, our home has emitted no CO2.
