    We have a UK wide network of trained and experienced auditors that can complete audits at all stages of insulation and heating installations.     CMS Surveyors Ltd are the only Scottish based member of ATMA (Association of Technical Monitoring Agents) and carry out inspections all over the UK including islands.

ATMA Approved Technical Inspections

These on-site inspections are mandatory by OFGEM under their guidance for the ECO, to be completed by the obligated energy suppliers. The technical monitoring inspections cover the compliance, quality and safety aspects of the energy efficiency measure and these are carried out either pre, mid or post installation, dependent on the measuring type.

With our level of expertise in the requirements of ECO measures we are perfectly equipped to perform technical audits for all measures available through the ECO scheme. In every instance, we will tailor a package of inspections to fit the needs of our client. CMS cover all of the United Kingdom which includes the islands and highlands due to being the only ATMA approved company based in Scotland. We can provide the most efficient service for any C1, C2 or C3 inspections and are on board with all Utility Companies.
